Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yep! I offer tracked worldwide shipping. However, there are certain countries I cannot ship to due to tax regulations and international shipping restrictions. You can view the list here.
Depending on your country, you may be responsible for any customs fees or VAT upon your package’s arrival.

Q: How long do orders normally take to arrive?
All orders will be shipped out through USPS from California.
- US tracked domestic shipments take ~2-10 days with no delays.
- International tracked shipments take ~10-30 days with no delays. Depending on your country’s restrictions and customs regulations, your package can be delayed by ~1-3 months.

Q: When will my order be shipped out?
- All in-stock orders will be shipped every Wednesday before 2PM.
- Preorder items will be shipped depending on their production and arrival time.

Q: I have a preordered item with my order. When will it ship out?
If you have a preorder item in your order, the entire order will be shipped once the preorder item has arrived. If there are multiple preorder items, the shipping time will be based on the item with the latest shipping period.
